- 1 pkg Robin Hood® Just Enough Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2:
Prepare cookie mix according to package directions. Divide dough into 6 and roll into balls. Place in mini muffin tins and press to flatten. Make an indentation with end of a wooden spoon.
Step 3:
Bake 11-13 minutes or until set and golden. While cookies are still warm, carefully reform indentation. Cool. Fill with your favourite berries, whipping cream, chocolate or peanut butter.
